How do I place my order?
Watch this 2 minute explainer video to know how to place your order.
Here is the gist: select your product, check the details in the Product Details Page (PDP) regarding applicable Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Volume based pricing.
Step 1: Choose your option (color/size/etc) and enter quantity
Step 2: Add your logo file / image file in high resolution PNG format with a transparent background
Step 3: Update special instructions if any and Add to cart
Verify all details in the cart and Proceed to check out to complete the process.
How is my price determined?
Product pricing is primarily determined by three things:
- The product you select.
- The no. of logos / files to be printed.
- The total quantity per product We offer attractive volume discounts for larger orders.
💡 Savings tip: The easiest way to reduce the cost per item is to increase the quantity of your order. The overall product price drops as the quantity increases for most items.

How many do I have to order?
From just one to over one thousand, DilSeBol can print as many items as you need! The Product details page will specify the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for each item. Some products have no minimums. For others, the MOQ as listed is applicable.
Do I have to create my own design?
Yes, we require high resolution design/artwork from you to ensure quality output. Final design files preferred as a high resolution transparent PNG file. We urge you to use designs which are your original creations or for which you have the necessary usage permissions. We reserve the right to reject any artwork which we feel is inappropriate.
Will my design be exactly how I create it?
We will chose a logo embellishment method that can closely match the actual image you upload. There will be some minor variations between what is seen on screen and the final physical product. Wherever we feel there is a significant difference, we will reach out to you for approval with a revised proof if necessary.
Can I get a sample before I order?
For items with set-up requirements, we can provide an existing sample for a small fee. For items with no MOQ restrictions, you can place an order for just 1 to get the final product. Please write to us at support@dilsebol.com with your requirement and we will let you know the sampling fees applicable.
How do I order my design with different products, colors or styles?
For each product/color/style required, select it and add it to cart. MOQ and pricing logic varies across different products, styles and quantities.
What happens after I place my order?
Your design files are downloaded and made ready for the chosen embellishment method. If there are any issues with your file or clarifications needed, our team will call you or email the final proof for your approval before processing. Below is an example of the process flow once an order is received:
Step 1 - Check the ordered item, quantity and uploaded logo to determine the best embellishment option. In this example, the order is for 100 caps and the below original logo is deemed suitable for embroidery
Step 2 - Develop the embroidery design file for the logo
Step 3 - Check the actual embroidery (QC) and start the production process
Step 4 - QC check, pack and ship the completed product
How is the logo embellishment method decided?
For orders above 50 units:
1st preference - if logo found suitable - Embroidery (for apparels) / Engraving (for steel / wooden products)
2nd preference - if logo found suitable - Screen print
3rd preference - digital (DTF) print or UV DTF
For all logos / image with multi color gradients, DTF print / UV / UV DTF is the only option.
For all small lots less than 50 units, DTF print / UV / UV DTF print will be used.
When will I receive my order?
This depends on the order volume. For most orders under 100 units, it will be ready for dispatch in 5-7 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive a message with details like the courier name and the tracking no. / AWB no. Courier will be sent through reputed national couriers (or India Post where courier service is not available). Courier transit time for most locations in India is 1-2 days. So, the overall timeline for most orders is 7-9 working days.
What payment modes are available?
You can pay online at checkout using credit card, debit card, or bank transfer through our payment gateway (Razorpay).

What if I have a problem with my order?
If the product has any production defects, we will provide a free replacement. We do not offer refunds for customized products. Write to admin@dilsebol.com with details of any problems.
What happens if a product I ordered is unavailable?
All orders are subject to product availability. While we keep our catalogue updated, there may be rare occasions when an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to offer a suitable alternative. If no alternative is acceptable, we will cancel the affected item and process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
What's the best way to get in touch?

Do you offer products other than those listed on the website?
Yes! Write to us at support@dilsebol.com with a sample image of what you require. New products are constantly added, so check back every few weeks!
Is my payment information safe?
DilSeBol does not store any payment information. All payments are processed through Razorpay which offers a secure environment.
How long will my designs be available at DilSeBol.com?
Designs are stored for 6 months before deletion. Please maintain a copy on your local machine.

Where are the products made?
DilSeBol customizes all its products either in-house in Chennai or in vendor facilities located within India. Some of the raw materials, intermediate components, finished products and consumables used in the process could be from one or more countries. While most t-shirts are typically made in Tirupur, Tamilnadu, India, some of the other items could be from different countries. However, all printing, embroidery, engraving and other embellishments are done in India.

- 100% Cotton: Most comfortable, requires care/ironing, some shrinkage. Best for office/AC environments. Popular with IT companies, automotive industry, college reunions.
- Poly-Cotton: Combines comfort and durability. High frequency use, no ironing needed. Popular with courier companies, food delivery, retail, educational institutes.
- 100% Polyester: Most durable, everyday rough use, no ironing. Popular for promotional giveaways, sales promotions, sportswear.

Printing & Embellishment Options
I see DilSeBol's logo on some of the products. Will it appear in the products I order?
No, the DilSeBol logo is shown for reference, as an example to show where your logo appears on the product. Only the logo you provide will appear on the products you order.
Do I have to add a logo / image file to place my order?
Yes, we need a logo / image artwork file to be added while you are placing the order. While the preferred artwork format is high resolution transparent PNG file, you can also upload other formats like JPG and PDF. If you have multiple file formats and are not sure which is suitable, you can even add a ZIP folder with all the files. We will check and use the suitable file.
In case you only want a blank product without any logo etc., you can mention the same in the special instructions text box while placing the order and don’t have to upload any file.
In case you place the order but don’t upload any file or give any special instructions regarding blank product requirement, we will contact you to check further before processing the order.
Can I add a logo on the sleeves?
Yes, printing / embroidery is possible on the sleeves of half sleeves t-shirts ONLY. Please mention the details in the special instructions when placing the order.
Print / Logo Size Guidelines
- T-shirts left chest print: ~3.5 inches width
- Large front/back apparel prints: ~A4 size
- Smaller products (caps, mugs, pens): smaller print area
Note: Print size is the same regardless of apparel size — artwork may appear slightly larger on "S" and slightly smaller on "XXL". Always use high resolution artwork — minimum 100KB file size, ideally 300 DPI or above.
Embellishment by Product Type
For all apparels, we do screen printing, digital printing and embroidery, subject to respective process’ MOQs.
For drinkware, we do digital sublimation printing, UV printing, UV DTF and screen printing, depending on the quantity and the product material.
For leather, wooden, metal products, silicone rubber - we do laser engraving. The output will be single color, taking on the color of the base material.
For plastic and leather, we can do multi color UV printing.

New Joiner Kits
What is a New Joiner Kit?
A New Joiner Kit (also called an Onboarding kit) is a curated set of products given to new employees on their first day — typically including items like a cap, backpack, diary, pen, drinkware and desktop accessories, all customised with your company logo. It's a powerful way to make a great first impression and build team culture from Day 1.
Can I customise what goes into the kit?
Yes. While you can mix and match products from our catalogue to build a kit that suits your brand and budget, the most recommended option is to choose from our vast range of pre-made kits.
How does logo customisation work for kits?
Each product in the kit is customised individually using the most suitable embellishment method (embroidery, screen print, UV print, laser engraving etc.) based on the quantity, product material and your logo. You upload one logo file — we handle the rest.
What's the MOQ for New Joiner Kits?
MOQ varies but for most of the New Joiner kits, it is 10 units. Check the product detail page for your selected New Joiner Kit to confirm the exact MOQ.
How is pricing determined for kits?
Pricing is based on the quantity ordered. All prices are including the logo embellishment charges, applicable GST and domestic shipping to one location.

Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Yes. We offer automatic volume-based discounts on most products. The discount percentage increases with the quantity ordered — the more you buy, the more you save. Discounts are applied automatically at the cart level; no coupon code is needed.
How do I know what discount applies to my order?
The applicable discount tiers are shown on each product's detail page. Add your required quantity to the cart to see the discounted price reflected automatically before checkout.
Do discounts apply across different sizes or colours of the same product?
Yes. For apparel, the volume discount is calculated based on the total quantity ordered across all sizes and colours of the same product, not per individual variant.

All prices shown in the website is all inclusive - GST and domestic shipping cost (within India) is already included. Please make sure to enter your GST details at the time of ordering. Currently, we do not ship outside India.

GST & Tax Information
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. DilSeBol Customized Apparel Pvt Ltd is GST registered. A GST invoice will be issued for every order. Hard copy of the invoice usually accompanies the product package.

What GST rate applies to my order?
GST rates vary by product category as per Government of India regulations. For t-shirts, caps, shirts and apparels less than the threshold value of ₹2,500 (as per current rules), the GST is 5% and above the threshold value, it is 18%. For most of the other items, the GST is 18%. The prices shown are all inclusive of applicable GST.
Can I claim GST input tax credit (ITC)?
Yes, if your business is GST registered, you can claim ITC on purchases made from DilSeBol. Ensure your GSTIN is provided at the time of placing the order. Write to accounts@dilsebol.com for any GST-related & invoice related queries.
Large Orders & Corporate Enquiries
Do you handle large corporate orders?
Yes. We regularly fulfil orders for 500+ units across a wide range of products. For large or complex requirements, we recommend reaching out to us directly before placing an order online.
How do I get a quote for a large order?
Email us at support@dilsebol.com with the following details:
- Product(s) required
- Quantity per product
- Your logo / artwork (if available)
- Delivery location and required date
We will respond with a detailed quote within 1–2 working days.
Are there any special terms for large orders?
For large orders, we can discuss timelines, packaging requirements, and delivery schedules to suit your needs. Payment terms remain standard (advance payment) unless agreed otherwise in writing. Official Purchase Order (PO) from the company is required to process the order.
Shipping & Delivery
Production Time: This depends on the order volume. For most orders under 100 units, it will be ready for dispatch in 5-7 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive a message with details like the courier name and the tracking no. / AWB no. Courier will be sent through reputed national couriers.
Delivery Timeline
- Standard courier (most India locations): 1–2 working days after dispatch
- Remote locations: India Post (may take longer)
- Large / bulky orders: Surface transport ~7 working days

Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Production defects: Free replacement provided
- Refunds: Not offered for customized products
- Store credit: Available if replacement not needed immediately — valid for 1 year against future orders

Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis, provided production has not yet started. Once your order enters production (artwork approved and embellishment begun), cancellation is not possible as the products are customised specifically for you.
To request a cancellation, write to admin@dilsebol.com as soon as possible after placing your order, with your order number and reason. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible and advise on next steps.
Will I get a refund if my cancellation is approved?
If a cancellation is approved before production begins, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Design Tips
- Choose the right print method: DTF has no color restrictions for colorful designs. Screen printing and embroidery work best with limited solid colors.
- Keep it simple: Clutter-free designs with limited colors work best for screen printing and embroidery — the most popular methods for their vibrant quality and cost effectiveness.
- Use high resolution images: Use images above 100KB in file size. When searching Google Images, use "Tools" to filter for "Large" size images. Aim for 300 DPI or above.
- Avoid watermarked images: Many web search results show watermarked images — these are NOT suitable for printing. Always use non-watermarked images.
