Refund & Returns Policy — DilSeBol.com

At DilSeBol, all products are custom-made to order. Because each item is personalised with your logo, artwork, or design, we are unable to offer refunds on completed orders.

Production Defects If your order has a manufacturing or production defect, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost. Please write to us at admin@dilsebol.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the defect
• Clear photographs of the issue

We will review and respond within 1–2 working days.

Design / Artwork Issues We will contact you for approval if we foresee a significant difference between your uploaded artwork and the final output. Once you approve the proof, production proceeds and no changes can be made.

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once your artwork has been processed and production has started, cancellations are not possible. Please write to admin@dilsebol.com immediately if you need to cancel.
