Production Time All products are custom-made after your order is placed. For most orders under 100 units, your order will be ready for dispatch within 5–7 working days from order confirmation.

Dispatch & Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a message with the courier name and tracking number (AWB number).

Courier Partners We ship through reputed national courier services across India. For locations where courier service is not available, we use India Post.

Transit Time Courier transit time for most locations in India is 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Overall Delivery Timeline For most orders: 7–9 working days from order confirmation to delivery.

For larger orders (100+ units), production time may be longer. Our team will communicate the expected timeline when your order is confirmed.

Shipping Coverage We ship across India. For remote locations served only by India Post, delivery timelines may vary.

GST Invoicing All shipments will be accompanied by GST invoice. Please give your GST details at the time of placing the order in case you wish to have it included in your invoice for the purpose of claiming input credit.
